i have this 2012 audi s5 at my work, and im trying to figure out where this green plug is...


its in the back of the stereo


im at the point in which ive disconnected the cluster and the stereo as well as the MMI...

im curious to find out if this missing connection is the reason why the MMI isnt staying on...

currently itll prompt and then shut off. any help is greatly appreciated.

ive called Audi and all they tell me is bring it in, because apparently helping out a client is no longer a priority even though we've purchased over 5k in the last month on the same car.
