Hi,

I have A4 B7 2.0 non turbo model, recently the ABS and ESP keep on blinking with abs error and will back to normal after a day or 2..I was informed it might be the pump module and it's not cheap, any suggestion? Is it fine to use for another month or it will effect any other parts?

 

I had the same problem with my A3 erlier, but since it was in the summer I didn't do anything about it.

The ABS seemed to think i was sliding alot so it started pumping the brakes even when only slightly breaking, but after a while the problem just dissapeard. I found that alot of problems with the electrical in my car sorts itself out by simply taking the battery temporary off.

Hope you get it working soon, winters coming, maybe not for you but warning lights are a pain.
