abs light!!!!

abs light!!!!
Hello everyone i, new to the forum and hoping you may be able to help, ive an Audi a3 1999 1.8 auto,the abs light came on! it goes off after a while and then comes on again, also feels a little juddery when braking, im hoping some of you maybe able to help? and do you no if its expensive to fix?
