I got this rockford fosgate amp a few months ago its a two channel but i bridged it cause im only running on Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1 and it hits pretty good im very happy and it was a pretty good price. Its kinda hard to differenciate between the amps theyre all very alike. If u want alot of power u gotta shell out the cash for it haha

bought a used kenwood 2 channel on eBay for 60 bux to power 2 kenwood 10"s...sadly they were way too much bass for me...i took them out of the car and just put a nice set of speakers in the car...

the worst part about subs in the b5 is that even if you dynomat the trunk and license plate you will still have mad trunk rattle

well u see i had a power acoutik plasma series amp 1920 or something like that and i pushed a power acoustik **** 15 2600 watts until i blew my speaker and purchased a cheap dual setup from bestbuy. the amp worked fine and i threw a capacitor in along with the amp and speakers and my car knocked loud. But again i fried my amp this time when my gf accidentally spilt her drink ontop of my amp and now all is ruined. So i want to replace my old amp with a mono cuz the mono push more quality sounding power and i can get the true rms outta the speaker and amp. ill let u know what i decide to do because im also going to replace my speakers but not sure with waht yet so no other opinions

wait...u ran all your speakers and sub off of one amp? unless it was a 5 channel how did that work? a friend of mine has a nice infinity 4 channel that has amazing sound clarity he doesnt have a sub but the 6x9 get some bass out...all the systems ive had i found it better to buy a nice 4 channel and a decent 2 channel or mono block i doubt youll hear much difference in the two if you pick the right ones

no i ran my subs off one amp. I wouldnt dare run my stock speakers through an amp. Definiatly blow it but i want a mono cuz i know the power gain it way stronger. I want a mono amp cuz when u use a two channel amp u dont get the full power even if u mono bridge it so i want a good mono amp that can pump the power i want any suggestions?

I have a 1000 watt kenwood amp pushing my punch p2 subs and it bumps the hell out of them...if you go onto onlinecarstereo.com you can get it for like $130 or you can get the 1800 watt kenwood amp for $170-180...I would go with the 1800 watt so u don't need to get another amp when u upgrade your system
