amp fried on 2007 q7
hi all had to jump around the amp as it was drawing all the power off the battery - now the issue to buy a used amp but will still have the same problems
the leaking backing up into the control panels for the amp - replaced the mother board for MMI system that's good now that amp is jumped around
heard at an audi repair that someone makes a spash quard for the amp so the water won't destroy a new amp (as warrantee wont cover water damage (duh wonder why) - anyone know where to find this spash quard
no since putting in a new amp only to have it fried again (and way too much money for them) please advise if you know where to purchase one

The rear right side roof drain hose leaks lots of water once the connector gets old. I had the same problem amd fixed the leak then replaced the circuit board with one purchased at eBay for less than $200.00 took the car to an Audi dealer they were able to make it work. A year and half has passed and the stereo sounds amazing the best I ever have.
I still have a video of the new hose I used for $7.00 that fixed the leak.
