Audi A6 2007 MMI PROBLEM

Can anybody advise what will cause the radio to cut out approx every 3 minutes. And then restart approx 10 seconds later It has also prevented the SATNAV system from working. Thank you in advance.

My radio on my 2007 a6 2ltr tdi Kees cutting out and then restarting,also sat nav will not work,any ideas as to what's up with it?
