Hi, I recently bought my Audi from auction around 2 months ago. Since the first day there has been problems with the battery running flat even though the battery itself is good. The driver's management light has never worked and there was problems with the stereo unit but has since been fixed. Now, everytime I wish to drive the car I need a booster pack, it drives well until the engine is turned off. I make sure nothing is left on however even after a couple of hours I go to start the car and the battery is completely dead. It seems something is draining power from the battery even when the engine is not running. The alternator has been checked and deemed okay, do you have any ideas as to what might be causing the problem ?

p.s the driver's management screen is still not working, have been quoted £250 odd just to diagnose the problem, is this about right ?
