does any body now why i can not fit this turbo timer to my car, i have tried for 3 hours with friends who have them on their cars and it just doesnt work.

i can get the timer to work increase the boost and the timer increases, turn the ignition of and the engine dies but the timer keeps all the electrics going but not the engine. the timer is working fine but i can not get the engine to stay on like it should do.

i have a audi a4 1.8t 1998 Reg.

Default RE: Blitz dtt 2 turbo timer

I know on Greddy timers they have a switch on the back for ACC or IGN that lets you set the timer for cars with two ignition wires or with one ignition wire and one accessory wire. You need to make sure if you have two ignition wires or just one with an accessory wire. The manual should have some trouble shooting suggestions, I am sure you are not the first person to run into this problem.

Also the ignition wire you tapped into...make sure it DOES NOT loose voltage when you engage the starter. Hope this helps out
Battery wire= red wire in ignition switch harness (+)
Ignition 1 = black wire in ignition switch harness (+)
Ignition 2 = thin red wire in ignition switch harness (+)
Accessory 1 = white/yellow wire in igniton switch harness (+)
