Panasonic or an alpine derivative. Post a pic and I could tell you. OR....
Go to the dealer and order one. It couldn't be more than $40.

Looks like an older Alpine M-bus changer but I don't think that you can find those cartridges for them anymore. There are two types one that has individual sleeves that you pull out (newer), and the type that you load the cd's directly in the magazine (older). Go to the dealer, because if it is what I think it is, there are no replacement magazines that you could purchase from alpine, or their parts distributer Pac Coast Parts.
