Cigarette Lighter Fuse keeps blowing!

Hi all,
I have tried replacing the 20 amp fuses for the cigarette lighter but as soon as I put the fuse in it blows. Was hoping if I used a 15amp it would work but same result. Any ideas folks?

It seems you have a short somewhere especially if it blows the fuse as soon as you put the new fuse in so have a look at the wiring and make sure its not uncovered /spliced up etc.
