driver side door lock dont work

driver side door lock dont work
with the key it work but with remote and lock/unlock button from interior it don't work. maybe motor? i haven't yet open the door panel. want to know what u guys think. Problem started today after car washing
and second problem is that the lights don't go on when i open driver door. in dashboard don't show that door is open.
and problems making audi a6 2.4 2000y.
