Light bulb question... i know whats wrong, but i got an idea
So i take it audi's are notorious for the car thinking the bulb is out and the bulb is not actualy out. So, i did some thinking (for once this summer) and i came up with the idea of soldering some extra metal to the bottom of the light bulb, cuz it seems like the contact surface looses its contact to the thing its plugged into.
Would soldering extra metal to the bottom to make better contact be a good idea or a bad idea?
Know what i meen?

hi
unless you used a none corosive metal GOLD on both sets of contacts orif you solderd the bulb contacts direct to the bulb holder cotacts with wire or not ,then i would think that would work . bulb replacement would not be t[&o] much fun .
hope this helps
