Newbie here. I'm planning on buying a 2006 Audi A4 tomorrow. The car has navigation in it, but I know the owner said the DVD has been scratched and does not always work.

So with that said, the DVD needs to be replaced and I don't have a clue which system it has. So my question is two fold.

1. How do I know what system it has?
2. How new of DVD can i get. Can I get an updated disc that has all the new roads etc, or is my only option to get something dated from 2006?
3. Just thought of this question....any recommendations on where to get the DVD. I see them all over Ebay, but not sure if they are all legit or not.
