I got a new amp/sub I want to install in my 01 a4.. but I cant seem to locate anything that has the wiring diagrams.. that i can splice into

Its none bose.. so i guess symphony with the factory rear amp on the speaker. I tried the DIY but its for a 99 and i think mine is different. Im trying ot tap into the rear amp wires ...

any help is appreciated

 

What i did with mine is bought aftermarket H/U and a 4g amp kit and ran it through my 01 a4(non bose). I have 1 10" with a 460watt amp and all the speakers upgraded and running off a 700 watt amp. i didnt splice into any wires i just ran an amp kit and RCA's. but it might be diff with the stock symphony.

 

get a hi/lo level converter and tap into either back speaker...it doesn't matter which speaker you splice into
