I have a 2000 a6 with 90,000. My dash center display needs to be replace because it is difficult to see all the pixels on the screen. The image came up with "brake light" and the sound alert came on each time I touched the brakes.
I went to O'Reilly and they gave me a replacement bulb. The display continued to say the brake light was out. Then went to an audi/vw repair shop and they gave me the audi bulb. The brake lights all work, but the display and sound alert are still coming on...anyone have a solution?
