Sorry this is my first post but..->
I have a 2004 A6 and (suddenly) the radio display has stopped working. The radio illumination will not turn off (even when the car is off) and will not function at all when it is on either. I can't remove the radio because I can't access the screen to enter in the removal code. Anyone ever had this problem? Is there a reset button that shuts off all the power in the car?

 

Dude, the same thing is happening in my 03 A6. I have the Bose system. I am thinking about just replacing the HU.
