You need better pictures, I can't tell what the hell I'm looking at. What did you do, give us some details.

Sorry, I took this pic with my iPhone, and the LED's are really damn bright so the camera freaked out. It's not actually a big red bar, there's about ten individual LED's. And no, they are not in the foglight spots. They are LED strips, and I put them on the very bottom of the headlight. The wires are hidden in the rubber protection. It took some crazy ingenuity to actually wire this to a switch in the car. I have a switch to turn them on and off in the cabin, more specifically the slot that is right behind the shifter in the center part between the seats. The wires run from the engine compartment through a tiny space between the right fender and the right door. Then I just hid the wires behind the glove compartment and ran them under the plastic by the center console (I'll get pics) to that slot. I took out the cover for the slot and drilled a hole in in to put the switch there, and then placed it back. I'll post some pics of the switch, where I ran the wires, and the LED's when they are off and it's bright outside so you guys can take a look at them. And yes, I do watch out for cops haha. I purposely made the LED's independent so I can turn it on and off if there are po pos :P

Default Pics!

Alright, here are the better (I hope) pics I took.

First couple are with lit conditions

(This is when it was done and off)

(This is when it was done and on)

(This one and the next one are when it was in the process, so don't mind any dangling wires or tape lol. They were taken care of)

These two are of the switch

Now the next set is the wiring, from engine compartment to cabin

(You can see the wiring going along the weather stripping)

(This is that space I was talking about in the post above. It's at the top left corner of the engine compartment when facing from the front. By the way, my friend's A4 was parked right next to me in that picture, and it's the same color, so it might look a little confusing lol )

(This is the opposite side of the pic above. It's with the right passenger door open, and the wires coming through that gap.)

(I outlined where the wires are in red. The wires are underneath that part. You can kinda pull it back, and there is enough space to conceal the wires behind it. They run along the back of the glove box before getting to this part. Then it continues up through the median between the seats into that slot where the switch is.)

that last picture i thought that red line was the wire, i was like **** that looks tacky as **** but ya nice man, looks pretty sweet, i like the switch job looks real legit, i'd like to see it in person rather than on pictures tho, i think it would help me picture whether i'd really like to do it or not.

either way nice, and ya i'd imagine that the red is illegal, i know having red or blue led lights outside the car is illegal but who knows in your state.

I like the way u setup ur switch. Looks oem. But that wires going in through the door look tacky. U should run them through the firewall. There is a spot where u can stick them through if u get under ur steering wheel and look up there should be a small cap that u can pull out and go through the firewall. Thats how i ran my sub wires.

I'll definitely look into getting my wires through there. Thanks!
