Lightbulb Stock system, new subs?

Just a quick question. I have a 99 audi a6 quattro. Just bought a new alternator (just thought I would through that out there). And want to install a 2500W Hifonics Class D amp and 2x 10" 4 ohm 1000k watt peak Kicker subs. I want to install it to the stock audio system and head unit and I believe I found the proper links for reference.

Id say I have a novice level of audio and electronic wiring skills. I am gimping my mustang for the parts. Here a link to that http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...fvi%3D1&_rdc=1
Which I am selling.
I also may want to toss in another 2 6" speakers in the far rear as well if possible. Powered by a 1000W amp. Should I worry about a power supply? Should i Just replace my stock boss amp and sub with the new subs and amps?

IMO get a new head unit. Keep the bose speakers unless there blown. When you get everything set up tune the EQ and use the HP and LP filters and you will have an amazing sounding system that will last a long time.

i would say new head unit first. ull have more options with that...
Battery swap is a good idea and maybe a capacitor to manage the extra watts if there are two subs and u want all the power u can get. if its just a single ten then its good how it is.
Bose speakers are good quality and recommend keeping them if they arre in good condition.

Question.. ive posted a couple threads on this forum but everytime it is a bitch to figure out how to do it. can u give instructions on how to post a new thread since im tooo much of a retard to figure it out myself.
thx

click the new thread button on the front page of a forum top left. And u can finetune the stock radio holding the menu button. I run a stock radio wit two alpine's and a cap and it sounds louder the hell. The only way i would buy a new headunit is if it was a stock rsne.
