Default Tail DRL problems

Hi all,
I have 2010 a4 q
It has been fine for the last 4 months I had it, but last week I lost DRL on the back.
The bulbs are fine they come on when its dark and for all the other settings but not on AUTO during the day.
So basically I lost DRL function on the tail, front LeDs come on.

I checked all settings in MMI but DRL is enabled there.

Any suggestions ...

Thank you.
rom

thanks for the time you took to reply.
Someone else told me that... but I think LED lights on the back used to come on.
are you sure that factory settings turn the DRL only on the front?

thanks,
rom

yeah DRLs only turn on the front. Ever see those people driving at night with headlights and no tail lights? That's DRL reliance.

if you're not sure, just call up a local dealer and confirm with them.

Thanks, that clears it up for me.

Dealer Confirmed that US Based cars have DRL enabled only on the front.

I guess the question now is:

does anyone know how to enable rear LED to act as DRL?

thanks,
roman
