Hello guys

I'm picking up my 2007 A6 begin next week and can't wait to enjoy it.
The only thing that bothers me is that it has no Navigation system.

I've been wondering:
1.) if it would be possible to upgrade to a 2011 Nav-system and what should I expect (cost, issues)

2.)or go and take a pioneer unit that has pretty much everything I need and costs $1400 CAD with installation...

3.)If go with the aftermarket unit... what features am I going to loose in terms of accessing the settings of the car?

I would really appreciate your input on this as I have to get the car ready for a long road trip quite soon.

that depends on the unit you buy from, so ask the seller about these questions before you buy

 

Can you please provide how far the nav system benefits for us additionally? what are the additional features we may get? what are its uses?
