I'm spoiled by the Nav in my '07 Passat. I just picked up an '03 A4 and want to add Nav. In dash is the only way to go because the Symphony II has to go (want something that plays MP3's). I'm used to the RDS in the standard Symphony and in the Passat. So I'm leaning toward the Kenwood DNX7100. The Pioneer D3 is a close second - but no RDS. I also saw the Panasonic Strada online, but nobody has those in the stores to look at.

Any comments from anyone that has installed an aftermarket Nav?

 

The kenwood dnx7100 is nice for roughly 899.00 they have 08 model dnx7120 selling for 1399.00 does everthing

 

i have the pioneer D3hooked up in my 2001 s4 to my jl 12in w7 and it dose it all MP3 DVD NAV and you can change the color to match your inside i would def go with the pioneer i have yet to find something bad about it

 

Any comments on the Kenwood 5120? It looks like it's going for around $800 now and I'm hoping it drops now that it's out. It does everything the D3 does and more (RDS, maps on HD). I'd like to hear from someone that has installed one.
