i have an audi a4 1996 B5 2.8L what i want to kno is if my car has the audi bose system or not. The deck thats in there is an AM/FM cassete that says Audi Delta on it. I checked the speakers in the trunk to see if they said bose on them but i couldnt see it anywhere. i just bought an entire setup of speakers and a new deck to replace a car that has the bose system cause i thought mine did plz help how can i find out?

 

I have BOSE in my car at it says it on the display of the head unit when you turn it on instead of saying AUDI and every speaker has BOSE on it.

 

Sounds like a non-Bose system. If so and there still stock, you've got 4" components in the front doors driven by the h/u and 6.5" coaxials in the rear deck driven by a small amp attached to the left rear speaker. The front speakers can be upgraded to 5.25" components with an adapter (custome built in MDF or plastic ones). Rears can also be upgraded to std 6.5" speakers but you'll need an adapter (Audi uses square openings in the rear deck) and you'll need an amplifier.
