I am considering putting 18inch wheels (8.0x18 like those on the TT 225 and RS4) on my 2003 Mk1 A3 1.8. The car currently has manufacturers 15inch wheels on it. I have heard that this is not advisable because the 18's may cause problems with the alignment and speedometer accuracy of the vehicle. Can you help me?!

 

I have the exact same car with 18" wheels and nothing has changed only thing is the ride is a harder
