My son has 01 A6 4.2 He wrecked the front bumper and grill.
The factory parts alone are over $1000 .
He wants to buy a body kit for new front and rear bumper .I have seen they have them online for under the factory bumper price.
Problem is i have talked to a few local body shops they dont want to touch them.They say they are junk never fit good are to low and will break when pulling in to a driveway or bumping a parking block. Any buddy installed and recommend one over another? Or any thoughts?

Just try and try and stay away from fiberglass as most Fiberglass kits are ill fitting and break easier
