Cool B7 wheels on a B5?

Anybody know if B7 split 5 wheels will bolt up to a 2000 A4 B5? I found a killer deal, and was seeing if anybody knows. They are 5x112 et45, and a B5 A4 has 5x112 et35. Will i need wheel spacers? I need tires and wheels really bad cause my left rear sidewall has a HUGE tear and i cant drive on it.
Any info would be great guys!

When I turn all the way left or right, i get a little bit of a vibration. It might be because I need spacers....

Agreed - member Manufan lives here in town, and his black B5 has B7 sport wheels on it, dropped down on coilovers. I never get sick of looking at that combination - it looks fantastic. If Audi had offered those wheels on the B5, there'd probably be a lot fewer people buying aftermarket wheels. That wheel looks way better on a B5 than on a B7.
