I have a 00' tt the wheels and tires i have on the car now were not originaly bought for the car so there is some rubing, when i cut the wheel completely and when its heavy ovr bumps... anyway, the car has 235/45 R18's on all for and im looking to correct the problem with smaller tires. my question is, has anyone ever had stretched tires, like putting 225 on a 9 diamater rim? ive seen this but am curious how it works, how it handles, and what kind of problems it creates....
