Someone backed into my black A3 with a bike rack on hitch and left a nice square indention. They then bolted leaving me to pay for it myself. Any of you out there had any luck getting the plastic repaired looking like new?

I talked with a guy today that repairs plastic bumpers for Audi, Porsche and BMW here in St. Louis. He claims he can get it done quickly looking brand new for around $200.
