hey all,

this is a random question, and i tried a search but no luck. the black license plate frame mount on the front of my car is broken. like the top is split off and sticking up and actually doing a little scratching of the paint. does anyone know what part this is, where i can find it, and how to put it on? is it just screwed on? i can't tell with the plates on, and i didn't put them on myself. by the way,i have a 2001 a4 2.8q. the dealership said that this part from them is $100...not surprised.
