Ok so I was looking at getting the little trunk lip spoiler for my Audi and was seeing them for $150-$200, except on ebay. This guy sells them for $29. It's not like I'd be out a lot of money if it turned out hokey, but it just seems odd. What do you guys think?

 

well.. seeing as how its $26 shipping, from Taiwan, you could be waiting quite awhile before you figured out if it was crap or you were ripped off.

 

Well as I continued to browser I found a lot of sellers for this item at or around that price, but probably not from taiwan. Some were painted, some where not. In fact I think I saw one unpainted going for less than $3 not counting shipping. I'd hate to get something crappy but at the same time, I don't think a small strip like that is worth $150 either.

 

True... if you can get on for under $40-50, I'd say go for it and see... you arent out much.

 

Hey man i actually ordered the same lip your're talking about from ebay last week. I'm waiting for it to come in from Taiwan. I was in the same situation you are, sounded kinda skeptical at first bc like you said I saw others unpainted for 150 and the one I got was painted for 50 bucks shipped. But whatever, if it's crap im out 50 dollars, no biggie, but if its legit, then its a sweet deal! Seller seemed pretty reputable but who knows. As soon as it comes in, I'll definitely let you know how it worked out.

 

Yeah and if you can get pics too that'd be great. I'll definitely order it if it is legit.

 

My lip came in today. The shipping wasn't long at all; the guy shipped it out 6 days after I won the item which was kinda weird, but he shipped it on the 18th from Taiwan, and I got it on the 20th. The weather has been really crappy here so hopefully within the next couple days, I'll put it on and post pictures. Looks really good out of the box though, perfect paint match.
