I don't know about a stand alone lip like what's available for the B8, but take a look at Reiger, JE Design, Caractere, or Deval. These are all great companies, but they will cost you a few bucks for the parts and then a few more for prep, painting, and install. The upshot is you'll be getting a far better quality piece than what you would get off eBay.
