Amanda, Amanda, Amanda!!
What's going on with the site?
2+ days of extra slow activity and time outs. Is it a bandwidth problem or something else? It's taking me forever to just make one post - and I have cable! Sometimes, if it times out, I have to "cancel", refresh, "fast reply", then post.
Any ideas?
Also... I PMed you twice on another matter. I haven't heard back from you yet. Let me know.

I PMed you and you didn't respond... SO weird, I'll have to look into the PM problem. I will set up your Moderator powers momentarily. Just got your email though...
Ralph is on the phone with support. For some reason we are intermitantly losing our connection... I know it's super frustrating... it should be fixed quickly though.

So Imolas, you are now a moderater? I'm guessing by this thread you have the admin powers to erase/move posts and the like. Do you need a certain number of posts to become a moderater? Curious about the criteria.
If it was based only on a large number of posts, then any post ***** could get there by just overposting in the Off Topic forum!
I think it's more about the quality of your longevity and your contributions to the forum via tech articles, FAQ's, etc.
A certain level of maturity helps, too!
Regardless, you can always ask. PM the Admin and see what she says.
It should be noted that I was asked to become a mod. I didn't solicit the position.
