Hi I was wondering would I have to pull motor out of car or can I replace timing chains / water pump while motors still in ?

Also would I have bent valves due to this issue ? Motor starts to shake and more visible once you pop the hood.

2005 audi A6 3.2L quattro (152,000) automatic
