Add another to the list. It sucks, because I really enjoy seeing my display...40% out of the year (at night and in the winter)

I too have the same problem in my 99 A6. But the strange thing is that it happens off and on. Meaning theloss of pixels / line will be visible for a day or so and will disappear for a few days and will come back again. The problem is more often seen during cold weather.

I've got the same problem on my 2001 S4. The top area blanks out permanently, until I disconnect the battery, how have you guys dealt with it?
