I am trying to install a shift light in my 01 s4 6spd. Does anyone know what wire out of the ECM I should use for the rpm signal to the light? I would need the terminal number and color if possible. Any info would be great. Thanks.

 

buy a manual and you crankshaft position sensor is what tells you computer the engine rpm camshaft position sensor can be used as a back up in case of crank failure
