My 02 A6 2.7 tip Q low beam headlight is out. Can I get a new bulb or is it harder then that.

You can replace the bulb. Do you have xenon or bi-xenon lights?

when you put the highbeams on, is the light xenon or halogen?

I must have xenon. I cant get the bulb out. Does the black ring around the back of the installed bulb twist off? I dont want to break it.
