I looked at the DIY section and clicked show beggening but couldn't find what I was looking for. I'm looking for a DIY on how to change the oil pick up tube as well as how to properly bleed air bubbles, I have very little to no heat at idle but plenty at 2k+ rpms, today I flushed and back flushed the core coolant was dirty and plenty of junk came out but I'm afraid I have a lot of air bubbles.

If this doesn't solve my issue I will end up doing the t belt water pump thermostat and heater core. Dash has 190k but its not the original engine not sure about the milage randomly herd a knock coming from the top head wondering what goes bad on these cars so I can replace that too.
