i'm a bit of a noob when it comes to my 2000 a4 2.8, but i was wondering, do the s4's use the same 5v heads??? if so, would the turbo manifolds (or aftermarket headers for s4 turbo) work on the 2.8 for a custom turbo insatllation??

Yup, they should. The 2.8l heads are a upgrade for us S4 guys. But you got a much weaker block & crank, so the engine will not hold boost like the S4.

 

thanks! the 2.8 also has higher compression, so i probably wouldn't put any more than 8 lbs. to it, thats gotta help! i love the car, but it sure is weak off the line!
