Default 2000 Audi TT question........

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my a/c. I have recharged the system and the a/c clutch is kicking on. Everything seems to work except the low side of the a/c is not cold and there is not water dripping under the car. I was thinking that maybe where the a/c is suppose to drip, it is blocked. Does anyone have a picture or good description of where that tube is under the car where that water drips from the A/C? If I can not figure it out I will be left will no choice but to take it to the dealer and get hammered with that $100 plus an hour to diagnos. Any help appreciated.

Sounds like a condenser/evaporator problem maybe? Not cheap if it is.
