Default 2002 Audi A4 3.0 Automatic Transmission [problem

I am looking for some help. I have a 2002 Audi A4 3.0 Automatic. I have been having an issue with my car revving really high on take off to the next gear. I would come to a full stop and it's as if the car is in neutral and when I hit the gas it lingers in first then revving high till finally it changes gears. When I am cruising I have no issues, only from stationary to take off. Sometimes coming to a stop it may stall as if it were manual.

Any thoughts on this.

My first guess would be a sticky/slow solenoid. Maybe time to drain the tranny and test them... change your filter, etc.

Now I have an Audi A6 quattro 2008. Before that, the first car was an Audi 100 1993. There was a similar problem - the revs increased sharply until I pressed on the gas. I'm not an auto mechanic and I don't know much about this, so my friend's father helped me fix the gearbox problem. Although at first I thought it was an idle speed controller.

We decided to check the transmission and it was right. The problem was with the transmission. Although neither I nor my friend's father are auto mechanics, we decided to read the manual, we took it here https://at-manuals.com/. Try to read and you, maybe it will help you.
