I have a 2003 A4 Avent, V6, 6sp quattro and am having an intermittent problem with the rear tail gate not releasing to open. I hear the lock mechanim unlock, but the latch mechanim does not release. It only happens occationally. At the same time, the alarm system is delayed in alarming the car when I press the key fob to lock it. Thanks for any suggestions
