Default 90S - It's 20 degrees outside and a/c running nonstop!

Hey there, Newbie here!

I had my '93 90S (yea, that's right, I'm pretty old school) for 10 years now and I don't want to get rid of it.

Just recently, though, I noticed that the radiator fans started running full speed as if the a/c switch had been turned on. Only problem: the switch is turned off and it's 20 degrees outside! Yet the fans are running nonstop from the moment I turn on the engine.

I did notice that the light on the a/c switch does not light up even if I press it in. Of course, if I take the fuse out, the fans stop working (but so does my turn signal - not good).

Could really use some help as far as where I should start looking. Could this be caused by a faulty switch? Is it the clutch relay?

I appreciate any help in advance!
