'97 A4 Trouble starting engine

I tried to start 'er up today to go to work and got this sound:

Just recently replaced all four spark plugs and 2 of the ignition coils. Not sure if that is at all related.

Sounds like there is no engine compression. Remove the timing belt cover and make sure the cam is turning.
