Does anyone know where I can get some service info regarding changing the cam belt on the above?

I understand that the tensioner needs changing too, is it self tensioning, how do i set up the diesel pump timing, and do I need any special tools?

I intend to do it myself (ex BMW techincian before you say its too difficult...sorry).
