A4 1.8t flashing symbol

Default A4 1.8t flashing symbol
on my way home i noticed the symbol is a car and then on the bottom right of the car it looks like a gas symbol? can anyone tell me what this may be could it be gas cap?

Dude i have that same problem it's the seatbelt light gas light e-brake light on my car though, do you have a system? Because i think that's something to do with it.
