Longer answer; even if there was it wouldn't do much if anything at all. Why? Because unless a "chip" can somehow magically coax more air into your engine at any given barometric pressure at any given Outside Air Temperature, then your engine isn't going to produce any more power.

There are a number of current threads on turbocharging 2.8 liter models, and the consensus is, don't bother. For the money you'd spend, it would be singificantly cheaper to sell your car and buy an S4 of the same vintage.
