i have a a4 2.4 v6 30v auto with an oil leak it seems to be coming from the camshaft sensor end right up near the bulk head any ideas anyone ? also theres now a water leak at front end dripping on under tray ??? Help please.......

 

Cant say for sure since im not familiar with the 2.4 but if its anything like the 2.8 you probably have leaking camshaft adjuster or camshaft seals. The water leak is probably the water pump or the radiator.
