My Audi A4 1.8, automatic gearbox got rebuilt, then after 2 months of driving started having problems again. The original mechanic who did the rebuild tells me the computer has now gone and burnt out the high clutch.

It is possible for the computer to play up or burn out (Mechanics comments) , AFTER its been rebuilt and should it be the mechanics respossiblity for fixing it under warranty??

Any feedback would be great here before i go and pick my car up this week before paying for something i shouldnt be.
