Is it possible to add turbo to a 99 A6 2.8 Quattro 30v.

yes, very expensive, superchager is better for this application but cost 3000-5000. what more power get an S4 or 1.8t and start tuning. 30v is justa nice workhorse.

It's possible to add turbo to anything with enough time + money + custom fab.
