Hi,
Econ light staying on - Audi A4 SE TDI 2002.
Problem solved by replacing Thrust Sensor (looks like a bolt that connects to the condensor) audi part number 8E0 959 126 cost £42. Bought part from Audi main dealer took it to local mobile air con guy who fitted new sensor and re-gassed for £60, system works great, its noticeably cooler than I remember from before problem started, I'd definitely recommend having a re-gas at same time.
