ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO GET AIRBAG 4 98 A4 1.8T 2WD PASSENGER SIDE AND HOW TO INSTALL

 

Due to the complexity and legalities installing an airbag is best left to the certified technicians. Search the net, if you need the one in the steering wheel, you should be able to buy the whole wheel from a wrecking yard for you model. I personally wouldn't put an air bag into my steering wheel any more than I would pack my own parachute for my first jump.
